We offer three choices for your Church Windows Updates & Support: Standard, Deluxe, or Elite Tier.

Church Windows Software is made up of four modules: Membership, Donations, Accounting, and Payroll.

Our customizable pricing is based on the number of licensed modules, selected Support Tier, and whether you are a Desktop or Web user.

You will be prompted to create a Subscription Username and Password to manage your billing information at checkout.

Afterhours appointment times are available if scheduled three business days in advance.

Live Web Training is an excellent training resource to easily learn any or all Church Windows modules. Your trainer can see your data and answer your questions.  Eleven, 1-hour sessions, spread out monthly during the year. No sessions in January.  Hours do not accrue.

A skilled Consultant will analyze your data and provide direction on data and practices to help you operate more efficiently.

Customized and Individualized training with a skilled Support Trainer. $85.00 an hour.  Only available in hour increments.

A Trainer will come to your location for an individualized training experience for your entire staff.

  • Starting 04/01/2023, existing customers will move to the new Support Tier Structure on their Support Renewal Date.
  • The Support Tier Structure is a monthly Subscription with a 12-month contract.
  • A Tier of Support when ordering must be selected: Standard, Deluxe or Elite.
  • Customers may move to a higher tier anytime within the 12-month contract.
  • Customers can move to a lower tier after 12-month contract expires.
  • When using CWW, it is $50/month to add an additional seat.
  • First month payment is due before access to software.
  • Support is included with your monthly subscription.
  • Credit Card or ACH are required for monthly payments.
  • 10% discount on monthly subscriptions when purchasing for 12, 24, or 36 months.
  • Cancelation is required by the 25th of the month.
  • After the first year of your contract you can cancel any time.
  • Live Web Training is available February through December.
  • Live Web Training hours for Elite Customers do not accrue.
  • Live Web Training is available for Elite Customers only during regular business hours.
  • Elite Customers are required to schedule after hour appointments three business days in advance.
  • Technician requests are only accepted during regular business hours.
  • Customers who purchased Church Windows before 11/1/22 will move to this Support Tier Structure on their support renewal date that occurs 4/1/2023 or later.
  • Customers using previous versions of Church Windows will need to upgrade to the current version when subscribing. Upgrade procedures will vary based on starting version. A support technician will contact you after subscription purchase, or you can call 800-533-5227 for more information.
