Premium Updates & Support permits Desktop Streaming Support where the Church Windows Technical Support professional can connect to your computer via a high-speed Internet connection and is a great value!
The technician can see your data and control your computer mouse, which facilitates troubleshooting. Churches on Premium Support will also receive time-saving, priority callback status for issue resolution.
Premium Updates & Support is a tremendous bargain as it is only an additional $99 per year, regardless of the number of modules owned.
Cost is based on the number of modules owned (Membership, Donations, Accounting, & Payroll are Modules. Scheduler Support is always included.):
